The mission of Triangle Wellness is to unify the three pillars of wellness: physical, mental, and social, through personalized, evidence-based care that promotes healing, builds resilience, and supports lasting well-being.
By delivering yoga education, classes, and workshops grounded in the clinical expertise of physical therapy, Triangle Wellness offers a uniquely supportive environment where clients can restore movement, reduce stress, and cultivate a healthier, more connected life.
Founded by Sarah Macias, a licensed Physical Therapist and certified yoga instructor, Triangle Wellness offers yoga services rooted in the science of physical therapy.
Combining clinical knowledge with a mindful, holistic approach, Sarah guides individuals through therapeutic yoga practices designed to promote healing, restore function, and foster meaningful connection, both within themselves and their communities.
